It's a guy with interesting counter-terrorism past
named Frederick Humphries, who naturally is married and like everyone else knows Jill Kelley and her husband and seemed to have the hots for her. This is the "passionate," "hard-charging," "obsessive" and "bulldog" guy who (based on his "world-view") also leaked to Rep. Eric Cantor and other congressman in apparent effort to bring down Obama. this story. ) He also now claims the shirtless photo was merely sent to Kelley as a "joke." It captured him hanging out with a bunch of dummies.
